Hassun
八寸 (Hassun) is part of a traditional Japanese Kaiseki meal. It is an assortment of appetizers that represent the current season. The assortment consists of small portions that use seasonal vegetables, fish and meat. The portions are prepared using several different methods, such as steaming, pickling and grilling.

Marbled beef sirloin, sukiyaki sauce and mizuna salad
